QWhat are the check-in and check-out times?+
Check-in: from 15:00 (last entry 22:00) Check-out: by 10:00 For early check-in or late check-out, please contact us.
QHow does self check-in work?+
After booking confirmation, we'll send you detailed instructions (key box location, PIN, etc.) by email. You can check in smoothly without waiting for staff.
QWhere can I book?+
You can book directly via Airbnb or Booking.com, or send a request through the form on this website. OTA booking is the most reliable option.
QWhat is the cancellation policy?+
For Airbnb and Booking.com reservations, the cancellation policy of each platform applies. For direct requests, we'll share the policy upon confirmation.

QHow many guests can stay?+
Up to 7 guests in total (adults, children, and infants combined).
QIs there free Wi-Fi?+
Yes! Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The password will be shared at check-in.
QCan we use the kitchen?+
Yes, the full kitchen (IH cooktop, large fridge, microwave, rice cooker, full cookware) is available for your use.
QIs there a washing machine?+
Yes, a washer-dryer is available. Laundry detergent is provided.
QIs parking available?+
There is no dedicated parking on-site. Paid parking is available nearby. Please contact us for details.
QIs there a Japanese-style toilet?+
Yes, a Japanese washlet toilet is installed.

QCan we stay with babies or young children?+
Absolutely! We warmly welcome families. Baby gates, corner guards, outlet covers, step stools, and a first aid kit are all provided.
QIs there a baby cot/crib?+
We don't currently have a baby cot, but futon bedding is available. Please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
✈️ Access & Surroundings
QHow do we get from Kansai Airport?+
By taxi or car: approx. 10 minutes. By Nankai Line: get off at Izumisano Station, then walk approx. 10 minutes.
QIs the neighborhood quiet?+
Yes, it's a calm residential neighborhood. We ask guests to keep noise down after 22:00.
QIs there a convenience store nearby?+
Yes, within a 5-minute walk. A supermarket is also accessible by bike or car in about 5 minutes.

No smoking anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors).
